If you receive "It looks like Windows didn't load correctly" after every power loss, simply use the following command from an elevated command prompt to set the computer to restart normally instead of going to the auto recovery screen. We believe the Dell image used for some computers incorrectly sets this to the wrong parameter which causes the issue.
