Enter the following commands in the FreePBX CLI to fix this issue:

fwconsole setting FPBX_ARI_USER <15-char-rnd-string> 
fwconsole setting FPBX_ARI_PASSWORD <30-char-rnd-string> 
fwconsole reload
fwconsole restart
